Welcome to AI Fredo Bang. By using aifredobang.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

The Service

AI Fredo Bang is an AI-powered video generator that creates videos in the style of the "Fredo Bang Oouuh" trend. You upload 1 or 2 photos, and our AI generates a 12-second video featuring your face(s) in the performance format.

This is an unofficial fan-made tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Fredo Bang, his record label, management, or any associated parties.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account

You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

Credits and Payments

  • Videos are generated using credits. Each video costs 40 credits.
  • Credits are purchased through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
  • Credits are deducted when you start a video generation.
  • If generation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically refunded.
  • Credit packs have validity periods as stated at purchase.
  • For refund inquiries, contact support@aifredobang.com with your purchase details.

Your Photos and Content

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photos or have consent from all persons depicted
  • The photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content
  • You will not use the Service to create deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content
  • You will not impersonate others or create content for illegal purposes

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Generated Videos

  • You may use generated videos for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • You may share videos on social media platforms
  • Commercial use requires separate licensing—contact us for inquiries
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated videos

Intellectual Property

The AI Fredo Bang name, logo, and website design are our property. The underlying AI technology is provided by our partners (Fal/MiniMax).

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitations

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Upload photos without proper rights or consent
  • Create non-consensual, deceptive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
